jini helps families keep their health records in one place: test results, medications, symptoms, conditions, and family history. It uses AI to surface patterns across that record and questions worth raising with a doctor.
jini does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. It is an informational tool. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider before making changes to your treatment plan. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use jini. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
You agree to use jini for its intended purpose: tracking and understanding your family's health. Add a family member's information only with their knowledge and consent; a parent or guardian decides for their child. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the app, use it to harm others, or misrepresent your identity.
We aim to keep jini available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We'll do our best to communicate changes that affect your experience.
The jini app, its design, and its content are owned by us. Your health data belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
jini is provided "as is." We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the app. jini is a companion tool, not a substitute for professional medical care.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
