The short version
Your health data is yours. We use it to give you personalized insights — that's it. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use it to train models on other people's data.
1. What we collect
- Account info: Email address and authentication provider (Apple or Google sign-in).
- Health logs: Symptoms, medications, meals, voice logs, check-in responses, and any other health data you choose to share.
- App usage: Basic analytics to understand how the app is being used and where it breaks.
2. How we use your data
- Generate personalized insights, patterns, and feedback for you.
- Improve the app experience based on aggregate, anonymized usage data.
- Send you notifications you've opted into (reminders, observations).
3. How we store it
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security. Voice logs are stored in private storage buckets scoped to your account. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. Who can access your data
Only you. Your health data is not visible to other users, and our team accesses it only for debugging issues you report — with your knowledge. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. AI and data processing
jini uses AI to analyze your health logs and generate insights. This processing is done on your data only, for your benefit. Your data is not used to train general-purpose AI models or shared across users.
6. Data deletion
You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will delete everything within 30 days of your request.
7. Children's privacy
jini is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
8. Changes
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll notify you through the app before they take effect.
